INTERESTED IN BECOMING A BOARD MEMBER?
Click Here if you are someone you know has a desire to become a board member. Elections are held in June each year. Every elected Board Member serves a term of 3 years. To be eligible you must be a current member whose business resides within the Elmwood Business Park.
- Board meetings are generally held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Time commitment includes attendance at our board meetings and committee meetings as appropriate for the adopted initiatives that have been assigned.
- Each Board Member will be responsible to assume the duties of an Officer or Committee Chair and/or Co-Chair Person.
- Click on the links below to review the assignments of those duties that are currently in use. These duties are fluid and are often revised/reassigned at the annual Board Member Initiatives Meeting that is hosted after the elections. These revisions will be based on the skills of the new and existing Board Members that are on the team.
