Who We Are
The Elmwood Business Association was formed in 1970. The Board consists of nine board members who serve a 3-year term. We also have committee members who help with special projects and events. We work closely with organizations such as Harahan Economic Development, Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO), Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, Government Officials, etc. to form strategies that promote and encourage businesses within the Elmwood, Harahan, Jefferson Parish and our surrounding communities. Each member of the board takes on specific tasks and also works as a team to accomplish our goals for our organization.
